Foreclosure Real Estate Agent Sales Specialist

The foreclosure and distressed property market gives real estate agents an opportunity to develop specialized knowledge and work with buyers, sellers, and investors in a different segment of the business.

We’re looking for motivated agents who want to learn this side of real estate. No previous foreclosure experience is required. You’ll receive specialized training on foreclosure and distressed property transactions, along with proven systems, marketing support, and operational support.

You’ll work with buyers, sellers, and investors involved with foreclosure and bank-owned properties while developing the knowledge and experience needed to guide clients through these transactions.

Candidates must be licensed or currently working toward obtaining their real estate license.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $180,000

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Ability to guide clients through complex transactions, ensuring they feel informed and confident.
• Proven track record of successful negotiation, achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Familiarity with market trends and legal requirements related to foreclosure and distressed properties.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct thorough property evaluations and prepare detailed reports for client decision-making.
• Licensed real estate agent or actively working towards obtaining a real estate license in Arizona.
