Key Qualifications
- Must have substantial experience providing regulatory and compliance advice related to consumer financial products and services.
- Must be able to advise on matters implicating federal laws and state law equivalents, including TILA, RESPA, ECOA, FCRA, HOEPA, and EFTA.
- Must have significant expertise in residential mortgage origination and servicing.
- Expertise in credit cards and auto lending/servicing also desirable.
- Remote work possible.
