Key Qualifications
- 5-7 years of private equity experience at a leading law firm
- Demonstrated ability to lead a wide range of private equity transactions, including preferred equity deals and leveraged buyouts
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills with a commercially focused approach
- Able to work independently with clients and colleagues
- J.D. from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
