Are you an organised, creative, and camera-confident marketer ready to roll up your sleeves and grow fast? Paul Gough Media — the company behind PPM LIVE, PhysioFunnels, PAULAI, and PracticeOS AI — is hiring a marketing assistant to join our U.S. brand team in Celebration, FL. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn from some of the best direct-response marketing minds in the industry and contribute across campaigns, content, and video from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
→ Schedule and publish marketing emails, social posts, and content across the PG Media ecosystem
→ Draft copy for emails, landing pages, and social captions under the guidance of the marketing manager
→ Help coordinate the content calendar for launches, promotions, webinars, and live events
→ Assist with videography at events, in-office shoots, and content days — operating cameras, managing setups, and capturing usable footage
→ Edit short-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns using tools like Descript or CapCut
→ Support list hygiene and CRM updates to keep our database clean, segmented, and up to date
→ Track campaign metrics and pull weekly performance reports to share with the team
→ Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva to speed up content creation without cutting corners on quality
WHAT YOU BRING
✓ 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation
✓ Hands-on experience with cameras and videography — you know how to set up a shot, operate a camera confidently, and capture clean footage
✓ Comfortable editing short-form video — experience with Descript, CapCut, Premiere, or similar is a plus
✓ Strong written communication skills and a willingness to keep improving
✓ Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Drive, WordPress, and at least one CRM (GoHighLevel or Keap is a plus)
✓ Organised and reliable — you follow through, meet deadlines, and flag problems early
✓ Curious about data and willing to dig into metrics to understand what's working
✓ Eager to learn and grow inside a fast-moving, collaborative team
