Role and Duties:
Restoration Technicians are among the first people to provide support to victims of fires, floods, and other disasters by helping them restore their homes and property so they can start getting their lives back to normal. Restoration Technicians help assess what property and belongings can be saved. This includes packing contents, taking personal property inventory, and photo documentation. The job of a Restoration Technician takes communication skills, empathy, and physical stamina to do the on-site work required.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid drivers license, with a satisfactory driving record,
- Must possess great technology based skills.
- Clean criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Must work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Desire to continually learn new things
• Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have a minimum of one year experience in Water and Fire Restoration Field.
- Superior Customer Service is a MUST.
