Restoration Project Manager (Water Damage)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Restoration Project Manager specializing in Water Damage to lead our restoration efforts with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee water damage repair projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive the coordination of cleaning, drying, and restoration activities while managing a team of skilled technicians. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of water damage restoration projects, including planning, scheduling, and executing tasks to meet project timelines and standards.
• Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project flow and clear communication.
• Oversee cleaning processes such as debris removal, drying, mold mitigation, and janitorial services related to water damage recovery.
• Ensure all restoration activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues promptly, and maintain quality control.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, materials used, labor hours, and incident reports for transparency and accountability.

Experience

• Proven supervising or management experience in cleaning services, custodial work, or hospitality environments such as hotels or commercial facilities.
• Strong background in janitorial services, laundry operations, or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and water damage restoration processes is preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or custodial management roles that involved overseeing cleaning staff or maintenance teams.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
