- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Perform high-quality water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services under the guidance of the Mitigation Manager.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process.
- Keep your truck and equipment clean, stocked, and well-organized.
- Be on-call as needed and accessible by phone for emergencies.
- Assist in facility-related tasks and work closely with team members.
- Step into leadership roles when needed, helping guide your fellow team members.
