Responsibilities
- Respond to warm leads, build rapport, and assess damage in clients' homes
- Propose restoration solutions and follow up through approvals and project updates
- Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services
- Remove damaged materials, extract water, and set up/monitor drying equipment
- Demo damaged areas and prep homes for reconstruction when necessary
- Communicate internally with team members to ensure excellent client service
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Humble, teachable, and driven
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable in both client-facing and hands-on field environments
- Able to adapt quickly and perform physical labor in varying job site conditions
- $50,000 - $60,000 base plus bonus (OTE $75,000 , no cap)
