This role is the “heart” of the operation information in and out internally and externally.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Support, facilitate, and coordinate the work of multiple project teams and Project Managers
- Serve as primary point of contact with external vendor representatives, insurance adjusters, project managers, and customers
- Complete and track contracts, invoices, insurance approvals, and estimates
- Provide timely project status updates to Project Managers
- Maintain project work schedules and files
