This role supports Project Managers and field teams by coordinating project documentation, maintaining schedules, managing administrative processes, and ensuring all project information is accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities
- Support, facilitate, and coordinate the activities of multiple Project Managers and project teams
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Assemble emergency services estimates and project documentation
- Complete, track, and maintain contracts, invoices, estimates, and submittals
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to Project Managers
- Maintain project schedules, job files, and operational records
- Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys and warranty follow-up activities
- Assist in securing client payments and managing project financial documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry across company systems
- Support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of restoration operations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
