This role supports customers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment by coordinating restoration services, handling inbound communication, and ensuring accurate documentation. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Coordinate job intake, dispatch, and ongoing communication
