Paul Davis Restoration is hiring Summer Mitigation Technicians to assist our team responding to fire and water damage at homes and businesses. This is a great opportunity for high school juniors and seniors who want to gain work experience, learn practical skills, and be part of a team that helps people recover after disasters.
No experience needed — we provide training.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime available as needed
- Summer seasonal position
What You’ll Do
- Assist technicians with fire and water damage cleanup
- Help remove damaged materials and debris
- Perform structural cleaning and basic demolition
- Set up and remove drying equipment
- Help monitor moisture levels in buildings
- Support the team with equipment loading and unloading
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Current high school junior or senior
- Reliable and able to show up on time
- Willing to work hard and learn new skills
- Comfortable with physical work
- Positive attitude and team player
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
