Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Manage mitigation projects through completion
- Create work orders and coordinate field teams
- Build schedules for customers and subcontractors
- Communicate weekly with estimators and stakeholders
- Coordinate materials, take-offs, and purchasing
- Approve subcontractor invoices and secure permits
- Maintain clean, safe job sites
- Track budgets and job performance
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Build and manage subcontractor relationships
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of related experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Construction knowledge & computer proficiency
- Valid Driver’s License
- OSHA 10 & Lead Safe (preferred)
Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; weekends/on-call as needed
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varied environments
