What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage residential and commercial projects from start to finish.
- Create detailed work orders, schedules, and timelines for crews and subcontractors.
- Keep customers informed, engaged, and confident throughout the process.
- Coordinate material selections, purchases, permits, and inspections.
- Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and within budget.
- Approve subcontractor invoices and manage project costs efficiently.
- Uphold the highest safety standards for everyone on site.
What You Bring
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, tools, and terminology.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comfort with technology and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment requirements.
Preferred (but not required):
- Associate degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- 2 years in construction; 5 years in project management preferred.
- Certifications such as Dwelling Contractor, OSHA 10 HR, or Lead Safe Renovator.
