The Role – What You'll Actually Do
- Train directly under a Senior Mitigation Project Manager.
- Learn to scope and manage water, mold, and environmental losses.
- Build strong documentation habits (photos, notes, moisture logs, job files).
- Use industry tools and software (DocuSketch, mobile apps, job management systems).
- Support inspections, job planning, and field coordination.
- Coordinate crews, equipment, vendors, and schedules.
- Communicate with customers, building staff, and adjusters.
- Gradually manage smaller mitigation projects end-to-end with oversight.
- Valid driver's license.
- Comfortable working in the field and on job sites.
- Strong communication and basic tech skills (apps, mobile devices, computers).
- Restoration or mitigation experience.
- Exposure to Xactimate, Symbility, or DocuSketch.
- Field coordination, crew leadership, or project support experience.
- Base salary: $50K–$60K
- Total compensation potential: $60K–$95K (base performance incentives)
