Restoration Estimator
$50,000- $75,000 per year!
The Restoration Estimator is responsible for preparing estimates and supplementals for reconstruction and emergency services, from 3D scans and scopes.
What You’ll Do
- Professionally represent Paul Davis values of honesty and integrity.
- Meet all service standards required by clients, programs, and company processes.
- Estimate property losses using Xactimate or Symbility.
- Submit accurate estimates within 24 hours of assignment.
- Use our company tools for peer review and accuracy validation.
- Meet or exceed company-required gross profit margins for each project.
- Document and communicate change orders and insurance supplements promptly.
- Work closely with insureds and stakeholders to gain agreement and secure the job.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, brokers, TPAs, and carriers.
- Participate in the on-call rotation as the first point of contact for homeowners.
- Follow all Health & Safety program expectations on every job site.
- Close the Loop 100% of the time within 24 hours.
- Handle other assigned duties that support successful job outcomes.
- Working knowledge of RMS, Xactimate, and related estimating platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and by phone.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Experience with virtual/remote scoping
- Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving and background record
- 1–3 years of experience in a professional or field-based role
- Availability to work on-call and irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer Service experience
- Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 80% of the time
- Constantly operate a computer
