Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Restoration Technician for our on-site location in Asheville, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for mitigating damage and restoring residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, smoke, or mold. Daily tasks include assessing damage, executing restoration techniques, and working as part of a team to ensure safe and efficient property recovery for clients. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate effectively with clients and team members, while upholding the company's high standards of quality and service.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Water Damage and Water Damage Restoration
- Skills in Mitigation processes, including executing and supporting restoration work
- Strong Communication skills for seamless client interactions and teamwork
- Knowledge of Invasive Species management is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, hands-on environments
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Certifications such as IICRC or industry-related training are beneficial
