Key Responsibilities
- Perform asbestos/lead abatement, mold remediation, and demolition.
- Build containment areas, assemble temporary structures, and prepare hazardous materials for removal/storage.
- Handle inventory, packing, and moving contents according to IICRC standards.
- Organize workflows, manage tools and equipment, and set clear expectations with customers.
- Document work with accurate notes, photos, and reports on job costs.
- Must have current Asbestos Worker certification (WA &/or OR)
- IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
