Responsibilities
- This Title / Billing Clerk Assistant position will cover processing vehicle funding packages, inventory processing and basic title work at both the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia dealership as well as serve as back up at our Chevrolet dealership.
- Complete the auto sales billing process by processing sales contract, bills of sale, DMV registration and Verify entry for retail & wholesales sales.
- Post accounting entries related to all DMV and wholesale transactions
- Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed
- Maintain accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory, including new car information, wholesale purchase and sale information
- May assist with accounts payable/receivable
- Provide excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous auto dealership title clerk experience is preferred but we will train the right person
- Accounts Payable/Receivable experience a strong plus
- Critical attention to detail and organizational skill is required
- Must be a highly dependable, team player with a good work ethic
- Must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to follow established processes.
- Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, computer systems
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
