Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive search assignments within Financial Services
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through research, outreach, and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and manage interview processes

- Comfort working on retained searches (or strong interest in transitioning into retained)
