- 7.5 hours per day
Essential Functions
- Collaborates with school nurse in the workflow of the health clinic in a timely, consistent, and systematic manner
- Performs clinical skills such as first aid and measuring vital signs
- Performs other clinical medical needs as directed by school nurse
- Records and maintains medical records, documentation and immunizations (EHR) in accordance with state/federal law and Board of Education policies
- Performs basic clerical duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, and filing.
- Effectively communicates with staff, students, and families regarding student injury and illness
- Prepares and stocks medical equipment and supplies in health clinic
- Administers medications as directed

- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) Credential
- Current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
