Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction-related tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the successful delivery of renovation, restoration, and new construction projects across various settings. Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
• Perform framing, drywall installation, door hanging, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing with precision
• Conduct plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and tile laying to achieve quality finishes
• Install fixtures, hardware, and other building components in accordance with project specifications
• Execute water damage restoration, mold remediation, caulking, and painting using appropriate techniques such as airless paint spraying
• Assist with plumbing installations and repairs, including fixture installation and basic plumbing troubleshooting on-site
• Support remodeling projects by performing flooring installation, masonry work, and other finishing trades as needed

Skills

• Extensive construction estimating experience to accurately assess project scope and materials needed
• Proven construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and efficient workflow management
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for precise execution of tasks
• Skilled in plastering, stucco application, masonry work, tile laying, and flooring installation
• Knowledge of water damage restoration processes and mold remediation techniques
• Proficiency in carpentry disciplines including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, door hanging, metal stud framing, and fixture installation
• Experience with construction painting techniques such as airless spray painting and finishing touches
• Familiarity with plumbing systems for fixture installation and basic repairs
• Handyman experience across multiple trades is highly desirable for versatility on the job site
