Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and payments (Accounts Payable)
- Generate customer invoices and manage receivables (Accounts Receivable)
- Follow up on overdue accounts (Collections)
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility needs
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication and multitasking skills
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SyteLine)
