Duties
- Enter data into company databases and software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks with precision and speed.
- Verify the accuracy of data by proofreading entries and cross-referencing documents to minimize errors.
- Manage filing systems—both electronic and physical—to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Support front desk operations by answering multi-line phone systems, directing calls with proper phone etiquette, and assisting visitors.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members or clients.
- Provide basic bookkeeping support, including data entry related to invoices, payments, and financial records.
- Maintain organized records of client information, correspondence, and other administrative documents to streamline office workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or clerical roles with a strong background in data entry and administrative support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy; attention to detail is essential.
