Positions Available: 2 (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM-
No rotation shifts or weekend hours.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 / Hour (Based on experience)

What Sets This Position Apart?
- Mobile Role: Work across various sites with paid travel time between locations.
- Company Perks: A company vehicle may be provided for use (must have a clean driving record). You can also ride with one of the other team members.
- Skill Development: Learn the art of high-level floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, and carpet restoration.
- Consistent Schedule: Full-time hours with every weekend off.
As a Floor Care Technician, you will be the expert responsible for the "deep clean" that keeps our clients' facilities looking brand new.
- Floor Maintenance: Buffing, stripping, and waxing various floor surfaces.
- Carpet Care: Professional carpet cleaning and spot treatment.
- Equipment Mastery: Operating and maintaining floor scrubbers, buffers, and extractors.
- Quality Control: Taking a "can-do" approach to ensure every site meets our high standards.
- Experience: Prior floor care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- Driver Requirements: Must have a valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and personal vehicle insurance.
- Reliability: A detail-oriented professional who is punctual and hardworking.
- Attitude: A positive, "extra mile" mindset and the ability to work independently or as a team.
