Primary Tasks & Responsibilities
- Waste Management: Efficient removal of trash, including replacing can liners across all designated areas.
- Surface Care: Regular dusting, vacuuming carpets, and sweeping/mopping hard surface floors.
- Facility Sanitization: Comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting of restrooms.
- Detail Cleaning: Maintaining clean glass and window surfaces.
Additional Responsibilities
- Equipment & Storage Maintenance: Keep the janitor closet and assigned storage areas in a neat, orderly, and safe condition. Maintain equipment to ensure proper operating performance.
- Team Support: Assist the project crew with periodic specialized project work as needed.
