- Demonstrated success in designing and managing development and donor relations programs.
- Track record of cultivating and maintaining fruitful relationships with board members, donors, and other

- Champion and articulate a genuine passion for Pattison's Academy's mission, facilitating profound personal
ties within the Charleston community.
- Contribute to revenue projections, evaluating the fundraising potential, and spearhead a robust fundraising
strategy for Pattison's Academy with transparent annual fiscal objectives.
- Steer fundraising initiatives, identifying new funding avenues and executing targeted strategies for
maximum impact.
- Enhance giving opportunities, managing an assigned portfolio of prospects and existing donors.
- Collaboratively involve the President/CEO, Board members, and staff in fostering relationships with
donors.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to nurture and sustain robust relationships with Board members,
particularly concerning their fundraising roles.
- Maintain the donor CRM, ensuring that all thank you letters and tax receipts are promptly sent out.
- Guarantee the management of donor services and records, emphasizing the accuracy of database
information, relationship management, gift tracking, acknowledgments, and effective donor
communication.
- Collaborate with Communications and Grants Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to
promote organization events, fundraisers, and initiatives and represent the organization at fundraising and
promotional events in the community.
- Annual Fundraising Event: Take the lead in planning and executing the organization's annual fundraising
event, Keeping the PACE. This includes coordinating logistics and securing sponsors.
- Strategize with the Communications and Grants Manager to devise compelling communication narratives
for various stakeholders, encompassing direct mail, calls, e-blasts, and social media initiatives.
- Recruit for and manage Volunteer Programs, which may include mentoring, fundraising, and specific drives
like Holiday and Back to School events.
- Uphold compliance with all pertinent regulations, maintaining donor accountability standards and adhering
to the ethical principles and benchmarks for fundraising professionals.
