- Design, measure, cut, and assemble custom wooden crates according to product specifications
- Build skids, pallets, and specialty containers for shipping and storage
- Interpret work orders, blueprints, technical drawings, and packing instructions
- Safely operate woodworking and fabrication equipment (table saws, nail guns, drills, band saws, pneumatic tools, etc.)
- Select appropriate materials (plywood, lumber, foam, bracing, padding) based on product size, weight, and fragility
- Apply protective packaging methods including foam cushioning, blocking and bracing, vapor barriers, shrink wrap, and strapping
- Ensure packaging meets shipping regulations and industry standards
- Inspect finished crates for structural integrity and quality control
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Assist with loading, securing, and staging crates for shipment
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to read tape measures accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Experience operating hand and power tools safely
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Will be required to stand for 90 % of the working schedule.
- Must be able to lift-up to 50-75 pounds

- Exposure to sawdust, noise, and industrial equipment
- Requires frequent squatting, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
