Restaurant Reservationist

As a reservationsit for Patti's Settlement, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from/to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's system.
• Follow established scripts and procedures for handling customer interactions, while also being able to adapt to unique situations.
• Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or higher-level support.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred but not required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and cooperative attitude.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
