Housekeeper

The housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, common areas, and other hotel facilities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and other hotel areas, following established standards and procedures
• Change bedding and towels, replenish supplies and amenities in guest rooms
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy
• Ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used properly and stored safely
• Work with the front desk staff to accommodate guest requests and address any concerns promptly
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security standards
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other staff members
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed
