Key Responsibilities:
Guest Check-In and Check-Out:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel’s amenities and services.
- Verify guest information and process check-in/check-out transactions efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Reservation Management:
- Manage reservations using the hotel’s property management system (PMS).
- Assist guests with booking changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and promotions.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all data is entered correctly into the PMS.
- Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports and logs as required.
Customer Service:
- Offer a warm and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Assist with special requests such as arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or coordinating room service.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.
Communication:
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel’s services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
Safety and Security:
