The Big Task! Do you have a great attitude and love talking to people? Patterson Plumbing and Heating, Inc. is looking for a part time Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our Company! You will promote Customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information. Maintain communication with Managers and Technicians. Desired Candidate attributes: IT competent;good typist and proficient with phone systems. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life. Be able to pass a pre-employment, random drug tests and background check.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
