Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and proficiency in computerized systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via in-person, phone and email.
- Analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while interacting with customers.
- Assist with sales inquiries and promote company products or services as needed.
- Participate in training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
- Strong organizational skills in order to keep track of several jobs and things going on at the same time with constant interruptions.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using computer for email, Word, Excel, Publisher (Canva is a plus).
- Good communication skills, work independently, multi-task, motivated, trustworthy, quick learner, lift 50 lbs.
- A strong math, spelling and grammar background are a must.
- Must be willing to learn from and work well with other team members.
- Need valid driver's license, HS diploma.
- Must pass a background check.
