Job Description:
The Controller is responsible for directing all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, regulatory and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and the development of internal controls and procedures. This position ensures the accuracy, integrity and timely delivery of financial information while supporting organizational decision-making and long-term financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Direct accounting operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Evaluate and improve accounting procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce operational cost.
• Maintain high data integrity across financial and statistical systems.
• Apply advanced accounting techniques to assess and refine financial processes.
• Stay current with developments in accounting standards and financial management practices.
• Provide financial guidance and collaborate with internal departments and external service providers.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong organizational and management skills.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• CPA or Master’s degree (preferred).
Experience:
• Approximately 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.
