Director of Program Integrity

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite minimum 6 days per month)

Employment Type: Permanent, Leadership

Hourly Range: 61.06 to 96.15

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all Program Integrity functions, ensuring strong outcomes in payment accuracy, audit performance, and fraud, waste and abuse mitigation.

• Evaluate and improve work processes, staffing workflows, and departmental structure to enhance productivity and overall effectiveness.

• Remain current with industry regulations, trends, and best practices and integrate relevant updates into daily operations.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and internal controls.

• Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets aligned with organizational goals and priorities.

• Establish and execute annual goals, metrics, and objectives that support the organization’s mission.

• Select, mentor, train, and evaluate staff to maintain a high-performing team with strong accountability and measurable results.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to support major operational initiatives and strategic outcomes.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Eight years of Texas Medicaid or Medicaid Managed Care experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Certifications:

• Project Management certification or Six Sigma preferred.
