Position Overview:
- We are seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support the reliability, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial production equipment.
- The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across electrical, mechanical, PLC, automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial equipment systems. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery, interpret technical documentation, and work safely in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Work Environment:
- This is a hands-on onsite manufacturing position in a large-scale industrial production facility. The role involves working around operating machinery, conveyors, electrical systems, automated equipment, rotating equipment, and other industrial systems.
- The technician must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and following strict safety procedures while performing troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment improvement activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Controls Technician, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial automation.
- Experience troubleshooting AC drives, motors, encoders, and/or resolvers.
- Knowledge of industrial communication networks such as EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, manuals, and work orders.
- Experience using maintenance tools and diagnostic/testing equipment.
- Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and heavy equipment.
- Experience documenting maintenance activities in a CMMS or similar maintenance-management system.
