Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping equipment in optimal condition to support production goals. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring a strong technical background, with the ability to work independently, as well as a team to collaborate with other technicians and departments to deliver the required results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnostic skills and proficiency in using diagnostic tools, especially an ohmmeter for troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Mechanics: 1year proven experience as an Equipment Technician or similar role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Tools related to the job and applicable to the position.
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
