Salary: $650 - $870 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Receptionist to be the face of our organization. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will encompass managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and maintaining the flow of communication within the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information to callers.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain the calendar for meeting rooms.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and reports as requested by management.
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Respond to inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
