We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher & Light Prep team member to support kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and assisting with basic food preparation to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Dishwashing & Cleaning
Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas
Operate dishwashing machine and ensure proper chemical levels
Take out trash and recycling; keep disposal areas clean
Sweep and mop floors regularly
Light Food Preparation
Assist with basic food prep (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, preparing simple items)
Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed
Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
Kitchen Support Assist cooks and kitchen staff during busy periods Help organize storage areas, walk-in refrigerators, and dry goods Ensure all items are properly labeled and stored
