Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for a portfolio of innovative medical products within the advanced wound care space. This role will partner cross-functionally with sales, R&D, and leadership to drive product positioning, market adoption, and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across a defined product portfolio
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate in the market
- Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns targeting clinical and commercial audiences
- Partner with Sales to align go-to-market strategies, promotions, and customer engagement efforts
- Collaborate with R&D to support clinical data generation and product innovation initiatives
- Drive market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies
- Support product lifecycle management, including new product launches
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize outcomes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing and/or sales within healthcare, medical device, or life sciences
- Experience supporting or leading product/brand initiatives
- Exposure to product launches and go-to-market strategy execution
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel (~20%)
