Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering sessions (JADs) with stakeholders and business users
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements
Create and maintain:
AS-IS / TO-BE process flows
Business process documentation
Gap analyses and workflow models
Partner with developers and product teams to refine and prioritize backlog items in Azure DevOps
Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies:
Sprint planning
Daily standups
Retrospectives
Drive process improvement initiatives and recommend operational enhancements
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress to leadership
Produce status reports, documentation, and executive briefings
Support data governance and standardization efforts
Ensure quality and integrity of all project artifacts

Required Experience
8 years in business and technical analysis
8 years in:
Business process modeling
Workflow design
Gap analysis
5 years working in Agile/Scrum environments
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (backlog PBI management)
5 years writing test cases and performing manual functional testing
3 years facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing blockers
3 years working with SQL and relational databases
Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
