Daily operational duties include utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D to import field codes, manage survey points, develop accurate surface models, and draft final project deliverables. You will assist with data processing for route surveys, boundary analysis, and construction layouts, while helping prepare survey plats, alignment drawings, and right-of-way legal descriptions. Additionally, you will support the production team by conducting in-depth deed research, gathering record maps, and executing deed plotting to establish baseline project boundaries. You will keep our digital house in order by organizing and maintaining clean, secure, and logical file structures for all incoming field data, active drawings, and final archives, all while maintaining open, consistent communication across field and office teams to meet client demands, project timelines, and technical tolerances.
