•                 Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

•                 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Engineering roles within enterprise or technology environments.

o                 Sufficient to operate autonomously with minimal supervision and minimal technical learning curve.

•                 Strong, proven expertise in:

o                 Power BI (Advanced): DAX, star schema modeling, governance, dataflows, incremental refresh.

o                 SQL (Intermediate–Advanced) for data extraction and transformation.

o                 Python or other scripting languages for automation and API consumption.

o                 Excel (Advanced) for QC, reconciliation, and cross-validation.

o                 Experience working with Smartsheet, SharePoint, MS365 ecosystem, and connectors.

o                 Experience consuming or integrating data from SAP and ServiceNow is preferred.

•                 Strong understanding of dashboard governance: cutoff dates, publishing standards, change control, and data validation.

•                 Excellent documentation skills: data lineage, logic definitions, model updates, version control.

•                 Strong communication skills; able to synthesize insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

•                 Fluent in English (spoken and written).

•                 Some availability may be required during critical reporting cycles.

•                 Collaboration with North America teams may require flexible meeting hours.

•                 Travel may be required depending on business needs.
