Responsibilities
- Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces to ensure clarity and hygiene.
- Monitor and adjust pool chemistry by balancing water pH, alkalinity, chlorine levels, and other chemical agents to maintain safe and healthy water conditions.
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and plumbing systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Conduct inspections of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components to identify issues early and perform preventive maintenance.
- Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately according to safety guidelines and industry standards.
- Operate your personal truck with hitch safely to transport tools, equipment, or chemicals between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws.
- Maintain detailed service logs, equipment records, and safety documentation for each assigned task or site visit.
Experience
- Valid Driver's License.
- Personal Truck with Hitch is a requirement.
- Prior experience in pool industry is preferred but not a requirement. We will train.
- Hands-on experience with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing is required and we will train.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about pool care needs.
- Outdoor work experience that demonstrates comfort working in all weather conditions is a requirement .
