What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Programmer position at Patriot Machine Inc?
The CNC Programmer creates efficient CNC machine programs to mill 5-axis machined parts, using drawings or models designed by our OEM customers. Parts are machined from aluminum, titanium and stainless steel.
Requirements:
- Experience with NX-Unigraphics, CAM and program verification (Vericut) software
- Thorough understanding of GD&T
- Aerospace machining or programming experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in 5-axis machining, machine setup, and fixture design concepts
- A degree or certificate in CNC Programming preferred
- Applicant must be a U.S. Person
May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level. Requires U.S. Citizenship. Must also be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
