Patriot Legal Group is a well-established and rapidly growing Central Florida law firm with offices in Auburndale and Orlando. As a veteran-owned firm, we hold ourselves to high ethical standards and value professionalism, accountability, and service to our clients. Veterans and former law enforcement officers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Our firm focuses on Probate, Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Real Estate matters, including occasional real estate litigation. These practice areas require careful attention to client needs, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex legal situations with professionalism and empathy.

This is a client-facing role, requiring direct communication with clients, referral partners, and other attorneys. The practice of law is fundamentally a service profession, and we are seeking an attorney who takes pride in providing excellent client care while maintaining strong professional standards.

Compensation includes a base salary with a revenue-based quarterly bonus structure, allowing motivated attorneys to significantly increase their income as their caseload and production grow. Alternative arrangements, including Of Counsel relationships, may be considered for the right candidate.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and manage matters efficiently from intake through completion.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services.
  • Utilize the firm's case management, billing, and document generation systems effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
