About the Role
Blackjack Real Estate is hiring a full-time, in-person Acquisitions Representative to own the Pasco County market. This is not a remote role. We need someone local, face-to-face with sellers, closing deals on the ground.
We run 30 seller appointments per week across creative finance, wholesale, and fix-and-flip. The leads are provided. The system is proven. We need the right closer to work it.
This is a commission-only role with a realistic earning range of $100,000–$200,000 per year for someone who works the system. No base, no ceiling.
What You'll Do
- Meet with motivated sellers in person across Pasco County
- Work warm, pre-qualified leads no cold calling, no prospecting
- Close deals across creative finance, wholesale, and fix-and-flip strategies
- Follow up relentlessly and manage your pipeline in our CRM
- Attend in-office training and weekly coaching sessions
- Represent Blackjack Real Estate with professionalism and integrity in every seller interaction

Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience (real estate experience not required)
- Proven track record of closing in person or over the phone
- Will consider driven and hungry candidates without sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Located in or willing to fully relocate to Pasco County
- Ability to meet sellers on their schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficient with CRM software or able to learn quickly
- Strong with Google Calendar, Gmail, and basic technology

Compensation
$100,000–$200,000/year — 100% commission.
