Lawn Care Crew Member

Job Summary

Patriot Lawn Care is looking for a dependable, hardworking Crew Member to join our lawn and landscape team. This position works alongside our Crew Leaders to complete lawn maintenance, cleanups, landscaping, and other seasonal outdoor services for residential and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing quality work, is dependable, and is willing to learn. No extensive experience is required for the right person—we’re willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and a good attitude.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with daily lawn and landscape maintenance
• Mow and maintain lawns using commercial equipment
• Trim around buildings, trees, landscaping, and other areas
• Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscape beds
• Blow grass clippings and debris from sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces
• Assist with spring and fall cleanups
• Remove leaves, branches, and other yard debris
• Assist with landscaping, hydroseeding, and other seasonal services
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Safely operate lawn care and landscaping equipment
• Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Provide professional and courteous service while working on customer properties
• Perform other lawn care and landscaping duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to operate or learn to operate lawn care equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and perform physical outdoor work throughout the day
• Must have clean driving record and able to pass a background check

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week

Work Location: In person
