Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Finance Administrator.

Duties:
- Provide assistance to the head of finance
- Monthly and annual accounting reports
- Branch P&L’s
- Companywide payroll
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in financial services or loan administration is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Work Requirements Each employee must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, utilize a computer, maintain a work schedule, and effectively perform in an office setting. Employment with PHM requires compliance with and adherence to all applicable mortgage and fair lending laws and regulations as well as PHM policies. The ability to work extended hours may be required.
