What You’ll Do
- Communication: Lean on your customer service skills as you field incoming service calls, and use your writing prowess to prepare and manage emails, work orders, reports, and other correspondence.
- Detail Guru: Rely on your natural inclination to spot inconsistencies, verify information accuracy, and ensure completeness in all deliverables.
- Liaison: Serve as the communication hub between field personnel, customers, and government agencies.
- Problem Solve: Use critical thinking skills to problem solve with different levels of information available.
- Data Management: Organize and manage data in spreadsheets and other software solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with managers and team members to oversee daily operations and continually seek ways to improve process efficiency.
- Professional Growth: Embrace opportunities to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
- Experience: 3 years of office administration, coordination, or dispatch experience
- Industry: 2 years of experience in the construction industry or fire/life/safety industry is preferred but not required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel) and Google Suite (particularly GSheets).
- Attention to Detail: Strong follow-up skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Process-driven: Affinity for developing, maintaining and repeating standardized and multi-step processes.
- Team-Minded: Bring an infectious positive energy that ignites team spirit and collaboration.
- Compliance: Drug screening and background checks will only be conducted after a conditional job offer is made. We evaluate criminal history based on its relevance to the job duties.
